This Media Usage Policy outlines the terms under which No Limit Dive Center may use media content, including photographs, videos, and written content, submitted or published by contributors on our official platforms. By posting or sharing such content, contributors agree to the terms below.

This policy applies to any media that is:
- Uploaded directly to No Limit Dive Center’s official Facebook page, Instagram, or other social media channels
- Shared via email, messaging apps, or other communication methods with the intent of publishing or promoting the dive center
- Posted by any person with contributor, editor, or admin access to No Limit Dive Center’s social media accounts
- Captured during official activities, events, or trips organized by No Limit Dive Center
Rights Granted
By posting or submitting media to No Limit Dive Center through any of the above channels, you grant the dive center a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to:
- Uploaded directly to No Limit Dive Center’s official Facebook page, Instagram, or other social media channels
- Shared via email, messaging apps, or other communication methods with the intent of publishing or promoting the dive center
- Posted by any person with contributor, editor, or admin access to No Limit Dive Center’s social media accounts
- Captured during official activities, events, or trips organized by No Limit Dive Center
Contributor Responsibilities
Contributors who upload or post media under the name or profile of No Limit Dive Center are expected to:
- Ensure the content is original or used with permission
- Avoid posting copyrighted or restricted media from third parties without consent
- Understand that by using the business’s official accounts, their content is intended for public and commercial use by the business
Copyright and Ownership

Guest-Contributed Media on Official Business Platforms
Guests, divers, or any non-staff individuals who share photos, videos, or written content directly to No Limit Dive Center’s official Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other media platforms — using the business profile or on behalf of the business (i.e., not through their personal accounts) — are considered to have:
- Intentionally contributed content to the business brand
- Granted No Limit Dive Center a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content across all business-owned platforms, including the website, blog, and marketing materials
- Acknowledged that such contributions represent official, business-related content, and not personal publications
This includes but is not limited to:
- Photos or videos uploaded directly using No Limit Dive Center’s social media login or role access
- Captions or posts written as the business entity
- Shared albums, reels, or stories published through No Limit Dive Center's accounts
No Limit Dive Center may use this content without additional permission or attribution, unless a written objection is submitted prior to or at the time of contribution.
Policy Enforcement
This policy is enforceable and in effect for all past, present, and future contributions unless an exception is agreed upon in writing prior to the use of the media.
Policy Acknowledgment and Contact
By posting, uploading, or submitting any media to No Limit Dive Center’s official platforms, contributors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Media Usage Policy. This applies to all content shared from the effective date forward, unless otherwise specified in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
